How anatomically accurate is Halloween, really?
At our Halloween exhibition in the atrium on the Irchel Campus, you can discover anatomical specimens – and compare them with typical Halloween skeletons, figures and other spooky finds.
Together with staff from the Institute of Anatomy, you can take a closer look: Are the bones, joints and proportions actually correct? And what would happen if our bodies were really built like some Halloween figures? Which movements would still be possible – and which ones definitely wouldn’t?
There will be plenty to discover, discuss and puzzle over – and, of course, lots of opportunities to ask questions. Our staff will be happy to tell you more about human anatomy, studying medicine and the research carried out at our institute.
