Dr. Joana Delgado Martins received award at the Experimental Biology meeting 2018
The 2018 Renal Section Postdoctoral Excellence in Research Award acknowledges postdoctoral fellows who were first authors on an abstract presented at the Experimental Biology meeting involving renal-based research. Of the 5 finalists the winner was Dr. Joana Delgado Martins, who was announced at the meeting's Renal Section Banquet on April 23rd, 2018. Joana presented her abstract "Intravital Imaging of the Mouse Kidney Reveals Axial Differences in Calcium Signaling along the Nephron" co-authoring Milica Bugarski, Dr. Dominik Hänni, and Prof. Andrew Hall.
